Because the part manufacturers have varying terms for warranty coverage we have broken down the terms listed between warranty for Labor and Parts separately.

Labor Warranty

  1. Warranty Coverage:

    JFJ Customs warrants our installation services for parts purchased from us during the manufacturers warranty period. This warranty is valid for unlimited mileage during the warranty period unless the manufacturer specifies limitations.

  2. Warranty Conditions:
    • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
    • The warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the installation services provided by JFJ Customs.
    • The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by:
      • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
      • Modification or alteration of the installed parts or components
      • Use of incompatible or improper fluids, fuels, or parts
      • Failure to properly maintain the installed parts or components
      • Normal wear and tear
  3. Warranty Claims:
    • To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must present the original installation invoice or receipt showing the date of installation.
    • Claims must be submitted to JFJ Customs within the warranty period.
    • JFJ Customs reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and installation to determine the validity of the warranty claim.
  4. Remedies:

    If a defect covered by this warranty is found, JFJ Customs will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or components at no charge.

    If repair or replacement is not feasible, [Your Company Name] may issue a refund for the original installation cost.

  5. Exclusions:

    This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use of the vehicle or loss of income.

  6. Limitation of Liability:

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, JFJ Customs’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as described above.

  7. Modifications to the Warranty Policy:

    JFJ Customs reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Parts Warranty

Part manufacturers have various conditions for their warranties. JFJ Customs will honor each manufacturers warranty and conditions as they determine.
