Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
We moved and have our own dedicated space for installations equipped with a full showroom. We are located at 141 Boston Providence Turnpike in Norwood MA. We are down a little and across the street from the Central Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership which is on the corner of University Ave and Route 1.
What types of vehicles do you work on? Can you do more than Jeep Wranglers?
Yes absolutely! While our specialty lies in Jeep Wrangler customization, we have extensive experience working on a wide range of vehicles including Grand Cherokees, Cherokees, Ram pick up trucks, Jeep Compass’, Dodge Chargers/Challengers and other vehicles in the CJDR family. We can and have even worked on other manufacturers including Ford Raptors and pick up trucks, Ford Broncos, and Chevy trucks. Our skilled team is equipped to handle your customization needs with the same level of expertise and dedication. Feel free to reach out to us with any specific inquiries or projects you have in mind!
How long are you booked out typically?
The answer really depends on the work that needs to be done, and how many lifts are currently being used. We do our best to schedule people as soon as possible. Typically we are busier in the spring/summer months and slower right after the holiday season.
What is the turnaround time for the work to be done?
This depends on the work requested. Some jobs are hours to a full day, while some can be days to weeks. We will have an estimate based on the quote given.
How will a lift kit and big wheels and tires affect my ride?
Most on-road ride quality is based on the tire you choose. While Mud-Terrain tires look cool and function better for the serious off-roader, they typically are louder and bumpier on the road. All-Terrain and Hybrid-Terrain tires generally have a great mix of good looks, off-road capability without sacrificing ride quality.
Upgrading the suspension system can actually increase ride quality. Check out the suspension lift kits page for more info!
What is your warranty policy?
Our labor warranty is 2 years unlimited mileage. The warranty of the parts is determined by the manufacturer of the parts.
What do you do with the take-off parts? Will you buy them back?
Any and all take-off parts are yours to do with what you want. We do not buy them back, but depending on the item, some customers have luck selling them locally or other marketplace type sites.
If you do not wish to take your take-off parts back, we can dispose of them for you. If we do not have an answer whether you want them back or not, we will dispose of them after two weeks from your installation date. We simply do not have the capacity or storage to hold on to anything longer than that.
Do you have financing available?
We do not have an internal financing plan. However, we do offer the Jeep Credit card at our location as we are part of a dealership. There are generally many perks to becoming a card member, typically including rewards or incentives towards new parts or credit towards a new vehicle. The specific offers can change, so we recommend contacting us for more details at the time of inquiry.
How do I maintain my vehicle after getting modifications done?
This will largely depend on how you have modified your vehicle. We would recommend reaching out for more specifics as you submit your inquiry or book your installation.
